Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story First Look

Evan Peters becomes one of the world’s most infamous serial killers as Netflix release the first look at their upcoming series Dahmer- Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.

American Horror Story regular Evan Peters may have taken on his most challenging role yet as he becomes Jeffrey Dahmer for an upcoming drama series focusing on Dahmer’s despicable crimes. The Milwaukee Cannibal, as he was nicknamed by the media, went on a killing spree between ’78 and ’91 claiming a total of seventeen victims. The horrendous killing spree also saw Dahmer engage in necrophilia, cannibalism as well as preserving and keeping parts of his victims before being arrested in July 1991.

From the Emmy award winning creator of American Crime Story & American Horror Story comes Dahmer - Monster: the Jeffrey Dahmer Story. The series chronicles the story of one of America’s most notorious serial killers (Peters), largely told from the point of view of Dahmer’s victims, and dives deeply into the police incompetence and apathy that allowed the Wisconsin native to go on a multiyear killing spree.

“Between 1978 and 1991, Jeffrey Dahmer gruesomely took the lives of seventeen innocent victims. DAHMER – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story is a series that exposes these unconscionable crimes, centred around the underserved victims and their communities impacted by the systemic racism and institutional failures of the police that allowed one of America’s most notorious serial killers to continue his murderous spree in plain sight for over a decade.”

The cast also includes Molly Ringwald, Niecy Nash, Michael Beach, Michael Learned, Penelope Ann Miller, Shaun J. Brown, Colin Ford, and Richard Jenkins.
