First Look At Foo Fighters Horror Comedy Studio 666

Rock band Foo Fighters unleash the first look at their upcoming horror comedy Studio 666, and it looks like The Pick of Destiny meets Evil Dead!

The film stars the legendary rock band, fronted by Dave Grohl, as they run into issues (of the supernatural kind) recording their tenth album. The horror comedy was actually shot in secret during the pandemic with Hatchet III film-maker BJ McDonnell behind the camera directing. Open House Films has aquired the film for distribution and will be releasing it February 25th 2022. Check out the first trailer for the film below.

“In Studio 666, the legendary rock band Foo Fighters move into an Encino mansion steeped in grisly rock and roll history to record their much anticipated 10th album. Once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself grappling with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band.”

The film was written by Jeff Buhler and Rebecca Hughes, based on a story by Grohl. The full cast includes Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee, Whitney Cummings, Will Forte, Jenna Ortega, Leslie Grossman, and Jeff Garlin.
