It has been rumoured for a while, but today Warner Bros. Pictures have officially bumped the films release.

The third Conjuring film titled The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It was originally set to release this September. However, it has now joined the endless list of other films that have been delayed this year due to the ongoing CoVid-19 pandemic. The next Conjuring film will now release June 4th, 2021.

Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga both reprise their roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren, as does Steven Coulter as Father Matthees. Ruairi O’Connor, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Julian Hilliard will star alongside them. Directed this timeThe Curse of La Llorona's Michael Chaves.

"The Devil Made Me Do It reveals a chilling story of terror, murder and unknown evil that shocked even experienced real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. One of the most sensational cases from their files, it starts with a fight for the soul of a young boy, then takes them beyond anything they’d ever seen before, to mark the first time in U.S. history that a murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defense.”
