Texas Chainsaw Reboot Website Goes Live, First Poster Unveiled

In February is year we reported that Legendary was rebooting the Texas Chainsaw Massacre with Fede Alvarez producing, and then again in August as the production ran into several major issues within its first week. Now Legendary have unveiled the first poster and launched the film's Official Website.

On the website you can enter your email address to receive a motion poster and a code redeemable for an exclusive Calling Card in Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare. The iconic slasher character Leatherface has in fact joined the game today as part of the "Haunting of Verdansk" update.

“The new film, a continuation of Tobe Hooper’s shocking 1974 seminal horror classic, marks the return of Leatherface, re-introducing one of the most iconic villains of the horror genre to a whole new generation.”

The film, written by Chris Thomas Devlin and directed by David Blue Garcia, promises "the face of madness" will return in 2021.

The cast is led by Elsie Fisher (Castle Rock) alongside Sarah Yarkin (Happy Death Day 2U), Mark Burnham (Wrong Cops), Moe Dunford (The Dig), Olwen Fouéré (Mandy), Alice Krige (Star Trek), Jacob Latimore (The Maze Runner), Nell Hudson (Victoria), Jessica Allain (The Laundromat), Sam Douglas (Snatch), William Hope (Dark Shadows), and Jolyon Coy (War & Peace).
