New Lost Boys Film On The Way

After The Lost Boys TV Series never managed to get off the ground it didn't seem like fans were going to be able to watch a new adventure take place in the vampire's paradise, Santa Carla, anytime soon. However, THR recently reported Warner Bros. "is gearing up for a brand-new, reimagined take on the 1980s teen vampire classic."

The new Lost Boys film is being written by up and comer Randy Mckinnon with Jonathan Entwistle on board to direct. Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Fred Berger will produce via their Automatik banner, and Zac Frognowski and Josh Glick will executive produce.

It also appears they have already found some of their cast. As revealed by THR, "Noah Jupe (A Quiet Place) and Jaeden Martell (It) will topline the feature project."

As for what we can expect, details are being kept quiet for now.

Details of the new take are being kept in the trunk of a ’57 Ford Fairlane, but it is described as being set in the modern day.

More to follow.
