Hooked On Horror's Weekly Round-Up (13th April - 19th April 20)

A rather quiet week this week in the world of horror as the world remains in quarantine. There has been a few stories however, so here's our weekly round-up for this week. Enjoy!


The Cabin in the Woods celebrated its 8th Anniversary.

Hasbro unveiled the news they were releasing Trivial Pursuit: Ultimate Horror Edition later this year. It looks fantastic!

Universal Pictures revealed the DVD and Blu-ray release dates for Blumhouse's The Hunt.

Trick or Treat Studios announced a line of miniature horror busts. The entire range includes Trick 'r Treat's Sam, the infamous Texas Chainsaw Massacre killer Leatherface, Halloween II's Michael Myers, happy killer couple Chucky and Tiffany, Jigsaw's iconic puppet Billy, Misfits mascot The Fiend, Lon Chaney's Phantom from The Phantom of the Opera, Lon Chaney Jr.'s The Wolfman, the famous Gillman from The Creature From the Black Lagoon, Dr. Jack Griffin from The Invisible Man and titular monster from Frankenstein.


After tweeting the news and quickly deleting it, Universal Pictures finally announced all the glorious details for their 45th Anniversary Special Edition Jaws release.

A series inspired by Stephen King's The Shining has been ordered by HBO Max from Bad Robot Productions. New drama Duster and a Justice League Dark series are also in development.
