Dead by Daylight Film Coming

The incredibly popular horror video game Dead by Daylight is set to be adapted into a film as Behaviour Interactive team up with Atomic Monster and Blumhouse.

As reported by Variety, James Wan's Atomic Monster and Jason Blum's Blumhouse will be teaming up with Behaviour Interactive to develop a feature film adaptation of the hit horror multiplayer game, “Dead by Daylight.” Since its launch in 2016 the multiplayer has gone onto to become a fan favourite amongst the horror and gaming community alike. Pitting players against both original characters and iconic slasher characters such as Ghostface, Michael Myers and more.

Wan, Blum and Stephen Mulrooney are producing. Behaviour Interactive’s Remi Racine; Atomic Monster’s Michael Clear and Judson Scott; Blumhouse’s Ryan Turek, and Striker Entertainment’s Russell Binder will serve as executive producers. The search for a writer and director is currently underway.
