Brutal and unnerving slasher DOLLY is releasing into UK cinemas this March via Vertigo Releasing, in association with IFC and Shudder.

DOLLY will be releasing into UK cinemas March 6th. The upcoming horror reportedly blends inspiration from gritty 70s American horror like Wes Craven's The Hills Have Eyes and Tobe Hooper's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, with New French Extremity films such as High Tension and Martyrs.
Shot on 16mm film, the story follows Macy, a young woman who has to fight for survival after being taken by a deranged, psychotic and monstrous figure who is intent on raising her as their child.
The film is directed by Rod Blackhurst (Night Swim), who co-wrote the script with Brandon Weaver, and is a feature length adaptation of their 2022 short film Babygirl.
