20 years later, the man eating sheep have returned as Jonathan King gives us a brand new tale of genetically modified animal horror in a follow-up to his cult-classic film Black Sheep. King has returned to direct with the film's original star Nathan Meister also returning to reprise his role as Henry Oldfield.

Tabatha Killick, Lucia Davison, Joseph Witkowski, Ian Harcourt, Heather O’Carroll, Paul Waggott, and Renaye Tamati also star in the upcoming sequel. After providing the fantastic SFX for the first film, Richard Taylor's award-winning special effects company Weta Workshop have also returned for the sequel.

The upcoming sequel, Black Sheeps, follows a young scientist who is convinced that a dangerous new pathogen threatens the population and tracks it back to her hometown – which is located in the shadow of the remote sheep station where the macabre events of the original Black Sheep unfolded.
