To get the best use and wear from your t-shirt we recommend reading and following the below guidelines.
- Do not wash on temperature higher than 40°.
- To prevent the writing/pattern/artwork from fading or damaging, it is recommended to turn the shirt inside out before washing.
- Recomended washing with other dark colours as the colour may run.
- Never dry in dryer on high heat setting as it could cause it to shrink.
- When ironing, please turn inside out when ironing over writing/pattern/artwork to avoid iron damaging it.
- Store in dry place
- DO NOT expose to open flame, shirt is flammable
Returns Policy
- A refund/exchange will be offered if product has been damaged provided customer returns item in condition it arrived. We will cover cost.
- Hooked On Horror are not responsible for any addtional fees that may be incurred.
- Products must be returned within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
